The State Labour Inspectorate invites you to use the portal of the Notification System for Workers Posted to Latvia: https://posting.vdi.gov.lv/lv/ to submit a notification on the posting of workers to work in Latvia easily and quickly.
The portal provides information material on the posting of workers, as well as the possibility to submit a notification of a worker posted to Latvia by logging into the system using the authentication methods provided: the Latvian State Portal Latvija.lv, the European Electronic Identification Service eIDAS or by using your username and password.
REMINDER: In accordance with the Labour Law, an employer from another member state of the European Union or of the European Economic Area who sends a worker to perform work in Latvia is obliged to inform the State Labour Inspectorate about the worker electronically in the national language before sending the worker indicating the information required by the Labour Law.
The portal for the Notification System for Workers Posted to Latvia, https://posting.vdi.gov.lv/lv/, is available in two languages - English and Latvian.
