Service provides for the electronic application submission to the Director of the Authority to challenge the labour inspector or other decision adopted by the Authority’ s official administrative act or actual action. (for example, a decision regarding an administrative sanction, the order, the report of the accident at work, a decision regarding suspension of operation of the object, the answer to the submission, the inspectors conduct a particular situation, etc.), as well as the Authority ’s director for the receipt of such decision, which assesses the actions of the Authority’ s directors, attending inspector on the spot.

Service requests
Submitting via email: The service recipient sends a prepared email to the relevant Labor Inspectorate unit to challenge the issued document.
Submitting by mail: The service recipient sends a prepared letter to the relevant Labor Inspectorate unit to challenge the issued document.
Submitting in person: The service recipient arrives at the Labor Inspectorate unit during the specified customer service hours, fills out the form with the challenge on-site, and submits it there.
